Questions, answered

What counts as a visitor?

One visitor, one visit — however long they stay, and whether they were invited in advance or walked in. A repeat guest on the same visit is not counted twice.

Do I need to register anything for SMS?

No. Commercial SMS in India requires DLT registration of the sender and message templates — we hold that and send on your behalf, so there is no paperwork for you. If you want messages to carry your own sender ID, that is available on the Enterprise plan.

What hardware do we need?

An Android tablet for the front desk, and Wi-Fi. A Bluetooth badge printer only if you want printed badges — many customers run the QR pass on the visitor's phone and skip printing entirely. We can supply hardware if you prefer.

Where is our visitor data stored?

On infrastructure inside India. Visitor photographs and ID details are personal data, so we do not move them offshore. You can export everything you hold at any time, and we return a complete copy if you leave.

How many staff accounts do we get?

Unlimited, on every plan. Add your reception team, your security officers and every employee who books guests without affecting the price. You are billed on visitors, not headcount.

What if we go over our plan?

Extra visitors are billed per visit at your plan's rate. If you exceed your allowance two months running we move you to the tier that costs you less — you are never left paying overage on a plan you have outgrown.
